What a joke. Read the contract and they claim they are not counseling I have copy stating that. They lie about email and make copies of all emails they can delete from your mail.

Jeff Lee is incompetent. His report was full of errors and did not align with his own records. The outcome is a mess and dangerous for a little boy. Jeff refused to make corrections. Do not engage with this business.

As per my conversation with Landon the owner, courts and attorneys recommend NW Family Psychology when theyre having trouble getting accusations of mental illness to stick. They do not serve as an objective party and merely exist to harden the argument of whichever attorney orders their services in family court. In effect, they defer to whoever ensures theyre getting paid. Landon even went as far to say that the court is their actual client, not the patients paying them money for an accurate and fair assessment. In my case, the psychologist (Jessica McBride) spoke with me a total of once and spent infinitely more time deferring the attorney about me that recommended this service and has never actually met me. Despite nothing occurring within our interview that could compel her to make a negative diagnosis, she still tried to diagnose me with a psychotic disorder on the hearsay of an attorney that has never met me and further accused me of amphetamine abuse when I have never abused amphetamines while further testing negative for them. She further accused my fiance of interfering with the eval when he merely participated in a collateral interview. And there was no peer review of any sort which effectively precludes their processes from claiming any semblance of scientific backing. Ultimately these are not wholesome people of science and medicine. Theyre scoundrels that merely advocate for anyone ordering their services via the court. They are not scientists, their field does not fall under the STEM or medicine umbrella, and you can tell everything about their scientific capacity or lack thereof by their inability to intake valid critique without going on the offensive. Do yourself and your family a favor and request a more competent and objective firm for your psych evaluation. One star is generous.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. The woman who answered the phone didn't state her name or the name of the company. When I asked if she was Tiffany, which was the name and photo provided on their website for questions in my area, she laughed in an irritated way and simply said no. I had to ask if this was NW Family Psychology and she simply replied yes, again with an irritated scoff. She was rude, short, and her tone was dismissive with attitude during our entire brief conversation before she hung up on me. She came across like she could care less if I utilized their services. I inquired about children's behavioral counseling which is advertised on their website and she said they don't provide those services. I suggested possibly removing that service from their site and she replied "we're good" and hung up on me. I work in the field with families experiencing mental health and addiction struggles and I didn't even have the chance to introduce myself. I was shocked that this woman would treat a potential client in need like this at first point of contact while inquiring about their services. Disgusting and you should be ashamed. Go home for the day if you're going through personal stuff or get a new job if being polite and helpful when answering the phones isn't your thing.
