Ive been a few times, hoping it was a once off bad experience but my nails have never come out right and the pedicure water was cold both times, even when asked if it was possible to have it warmer. They were very nice but not great service

I have liked this salon in the past. Usually the experience is fine enough. This last time left much to desire. The services I asked for were the highest level pedicure (add shellac) and a manicure. The pedi was over in 25 minutes, 3-4 min massage on the legs in total, no massage on the feet, and rushed the entire process. My manicure was about 10 min, also rushed. I declined a polish on my nails because I was already so disappointed. The total charged was $72 (prior to tip). I was out of there in 45 min in total. Not worth the price for the experience had.
