We definitely recommend using Hill Valley Financial if you are purchasing a home. We just bought our second house, and both times weve worked with Karen through the process, and it was a great experience. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and quick to respond when you have questions or need answers quickly. Buying a home can be stressful, especially in this crazy market, but Karen made it as easy and painless as possible. We were in good hands throughout both purchases and wouldnt hesitate to use Karen again for any future purchases.
