Its my understudy things have recently changed with the lab at Willamette falls. I experienced incredibly long wait times, frustrated staff and volunteers. Though I called ahead of time and requested an appointment, I was told that I just needed to walk in. After waiting 90 minutes, staff came out and announced you all know you can make appointments right? Wait time is 2-3 hours.

The wait times since Lab Corp took over this lab are unacceptable.

This new system is terrible. A few days ago, a pre surgery nurse called me to go over instructions for my upcoming procedure and to schedule some labs.
I arrived promptly at 11 am for my appointment. After using the new and confusing Express check, I sat down and waited, and waited, and waited to be called. At 11:45, I asked someone to check my appointment and they didnt have any record of it! Since I had already waited almost an hour, I decided to continue waiting. I was finally called at 12:15! Then, the phlebotomist spent another 10 minutes typing in forms! Apparently OHSU and Legacy are also using this company. Any healthcare monopoly is creepy, especially so when they deliver terrible service.

Lack of internal organization during the transition from Prov to Labcorp has caused A LOT of issues! Very unimpressed.
