        My appointment for annual maintenance was for between 10 AM and 12 AM. The technicians arrived at about 1:45 PM, introduced themselves and went right to work. A little more than an hour later they were finished. The pictures of before and after they finished showed they had cleaned and tested my furnace; it looked like they polished it. To sum it up they were professional and efficient. I am extremely pleased with the work done. RFT Service: Heating system maintenance

        I have had Chase service my HVAC for about 6 years now. They are very thorough. When my air conditioner and furnace had problems (at different times), owner Paul offered polite, low pressure options for repair or replacement. They even walked me through getting a discount through the Energy Trust of Oregon. They completed replacements quickly and my units run smoothly and efficiently. My only issue is that the new thermostat is not as flexible as my old one.
