        I have used Hearing Life for 10+years. Darcy has been nothing less than stellar. Always cheerful and extremely helpful. Ashley is the best hearing aid specialist Ive dealt with. Knowledgeable, personable and explains things thoroughly. Cant recommend the local office enough. Not so much for their corporate headquarters in New Jersey though. Local office recommend with absolutely no reservations.

        I purchased my first set of hearing aids with Avada Hearing about 10-12 years ago, (Now known as Hearing life), great experience! When I bought my second set, I went through Kaiser as thats where I had my health Insurance, boy was that a big mistake, I could never get appointments and when I did, it was usually 2-3 month wait and the service was less then satisfactory. Recently, I had an incident when my dog who thought my hearing aids were a chew toy and left me no choice but to get new ones. Due to my experience with Kaiser, I opted to go back to Hearing Life in Oregon City, boy what a difference great customer service makes. Darcy who works in the front office, got me in right away and made me feel welcome, she got me scheduled for follow up appointments that far exceeded my expectations. Ashley, who conducted my hearing test and fitted me for my new hearing aids was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and spent tons of time going over my test results and different options available for getting my new hearing aids. I have since been back for some adjustments, and the service and attentiveness was just as top notch as my first visit. I can say without hesitation, if youre looking into getting new hearing aids or to replace an old set, give them a call, you wont regret it.
