I have been working with James for the past year and I saw the review that was left and it is a big misunderstanding the homeowners they’re were wanting to change a lot of stuff on the contract without paying for the extra work delaying the job over and over again. Making it impossible to finish. James is a reputable contractor in my book and I have seen a lot of his work and it is absolutely beautiful. He is also fair and not a swindler in any shape or form he is an honest hard-working individual. Took 196,000 dollars from a homeowner that I know and spent it all on his wedding. All of his work inside of a huge remodel needed to be redone. He took their life savings and screwed them. They since have started and almost finished the whole project by their selves. James is a crook. He has multiple unfinished jobs and has no plan on going back there to finish them. He needs to he shut down. His license is no longer active as well due to too many ccb comaints.
