image Lithia Subaru of Oregon City has always provided me excellent service. They have the best prices in town and are very accommodating.
I went to Carr Subaru and paid 250 per lower control arm while Oregon city is selling them for 190. Theyve also let me know that I could come pick up parts same day if they had them in stock.

image Awfully slow service. They will ignore you while you wait at the desk, if they tell you they'll be with you then get ready to wait 20 minutes while they sit right in front of you, and then when they do help you they have a sour attitude. They have hundreds of boxes everywhere with orders haphazardly set all around which seems like a good chance they could lose your order, they took a long time to find mine once I finally got some help.
Not a great experience, would not recommend picking up any parts at this dealer. This is only the parts center I experienced, so hopefully the rest of the dealer is better.

image So I bought a Chevy equinox at Lithia Subaru in Oregon city. I bought the extended warranty and needed my vehicle looked at well I called and couldnt talk to anyone never got a cal back the third time I talked to a lady that was rude telling me parts want open or dealership I said bill I called dealership and talked to a sales person he was nice and said he would walk to parts and not leave till someone called me back. 15 minutes later a very nice lady called me scheduled me to look at my vehicle on a Friday at 9:00 am and it was the Saturday before and I took the Friday off work but got a call at 8 that Friday morning saying that they are not equipped to work on Chevy that I would have to take it to a Chevy dealership and dealerships should take warranty I bought from them. So on my own no referral to anyone I am now taking it to Salem to have it looked at. Why do they sell Chevys if they cant do work on them and how would they properly look at the vehicle and sell it if the dont work on them. Doesnt make sense. Also calling me 6 days later and a hour before my appointment to cancel it. Come on get you act together service department. I have had a negative experience here not helpful at all.
