        This guy is a total rip-off! He charged me a $200 fee telling me it wasnt clean enough when bringing it back. He pointed out very minuscule details, like a drill sergeant would for locker inspection. I cleaned it, but I didnt polish it. Told me I couldnt leave unless I paid this ridiculous fee. No paperwork was signed and there was no fine print specifying a charge for returning it dirty. I guess it wasnt clean enough, but $200 is already ridiculous. Im definitely not coming back!

        This local business was easy and great to work with. Theyre open on the weekends, and were able to mix multiple loads for us on a Sunday. Equipment is new and works great.

        I needed to pour a little more than 1 cubic yard of concrete for a small job in New Plymouth, Idaho. I knew if I went with 80 lb bags I would need to mix and pour about 50 bags of concrete. I found these guys in Ontario, Oregon and thought I would purchase u- cart from them to make it go faster. These guys have it together. Josh was easy to work with, he answered all my questions, and the equipment is top-notch. I will do business with them again. Thank you Josh.

      Never insinuated anything of the sort. Californians are some of our best customers. You retired and moved from from Boise to Mann Creek Road, above Weiser. You arrived unprepared for hauling concrete; didn’t have a hitch on your truck; had two flat tires on your truck; and wanted to take the trailer 40 miles in one direction. You didn’t clean out the trailer, and EVEN returned it with 1/3 yard of concrete still in it, expecting us to deal with it. No one can run a business if they allow customers to abuse their equipment. You were charged for not cleaning the trailer, and we even waived your late fee. Like all rentals and returns, we took pictures and video of your rental, but aren’t allowed to post them here (or we would).

      This guy shouldn’t be pouring concrete. He needed longer than 3hrs to do an incredibly small pour, which is why he didn’t get the trailer clean. He didn’t follow simple directions on how to clean the trailer. He is the ONLY customer we’ve charged for not cleaning a trailer (which tells you something). The cleaning fee was $100, and he’s knows this, because I text him the credit card receipt. I also text him pictures of our clearly posted cleaning fee, along with the evidenced pictures of the dirty trailer he returned. I would post both of those pictures here in my reply to his lies, however, Google won’t allow it. He returned the trailer dirty, which is why he paid the fee. We take pictures of everything coming and going, in order to refute LIES like his. This customer even threatened to take legal action against us as well, which is further reasoning for our taking detailed pictures and video when something like this occurs. This guy has given 4 reviews in his entire online presence, all 4 are 1 star reviews. No surprise he complained about us too.
