Victory Lap Real Estate

Anyone else here fast paced? Well I bought my first home ever with the help of Rudy from Victory Lap. I'm actually in the middle of relocating with my current employer, and I knew that I would have to rent. But I heard a voice in my head that said, "why not try and buy?" It was my second attempt at trying to get approved for a home so I was scared to be rejected again, but when I did get approved, Rudy was there every step of the way. The biggest help for me was that he answered ALL of my phone calls. Since I am out of state, I had endless questions, and at all hours of the day. I'm sure I disrupted so much family time and I also know that I interrupted his time with other buyers, yet he still communicated with me when he would get back to me. Buying a house is no joke, and I'm glad I had Rudy there to guide me. It's a HUGE commitment, and I wanted to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. I flew out there twice: once to see the home for the first time in person, where I met Rudy for the first time in person, and the second time when I closed. Rudy is a genuine person, and I believe that he can provide clarity and education to those who know nothing about real estate, and gratification to lock in on those homes to those who do. Thanks Rudy for all of your help, I expect a house-warming basket on my next purchase!

I didn't expect selling a home can be such a ride in Ontario, a border city with highly sought out franchise shopping centers, with No Sales Tax . Interest rates have been climbing this year, so do potential buyers backing out, not once or twice, 4 times I hope other sellers are not up against as I had been. Rudy has gone over and beyond, being exceptional, making the house presentable so a family can enjoy living and make memories. For all your real estate needs, I will recommend Rudy, 100%.
