Dowell Towing & Recovery

I would give them no stars if I could! Dowell Towing & Recovery Charged my mother $3804.40 to bring her RV off an Emergency Truck Ramp and tow to their shop and then the mechanics, Is that legal? Now I wouldnt have minded the charge had it took them more of the 4 hours minimum they charged then 1 1/2 hrs it actually took to complete the job, or had Colle and Shane had CDL licenses and knew what they were doing! They released the RV from the tow arm, at the mechanic shop, without blocking the wheels and the RV rolled into the middle of the highway and into traffic (I ran and jumped in and pumped the brakes that barely worked enough to stop it and they believed they stopped its momentum.lol) which ensued the argument and name calling while reconnecting and pulling the RV back up the shop driveway. They also disconnected the drive line, which would have been an additional charge had the mechanic not felt sorry for us, which does not save the transmission and should not be done to any vehicle! So, who do I report piracy to? Their logo shouldnt be a skeleton marine but scull and cross bones! Never ever referring this company!
