Horrible experience every time. Never know when they will actually pick up recycling so you have to call and ask them to do it. New guys every time. Asked for a bigger can they charge $16 to switch cans which is RIDICULOUS. Picked up my garbage but NEVER swapped them out and no communication as to why. They leave a huge mess in your complex once they are done. Stick to waste management if you can these guys are literally garbage. Getting tired of spending hard earned money and having people mess around.

Fan I am 503 man
Instructed customers to leave an extra bag out due to ice storm the previous week and missing the week they informed of pickup, so 2 wks behind. Driver proceeds to smash the extra bag, leaving a huge mess. Thanks Garbarino, nice to know we took the extra effort to follow your instructions and you follow through by literally trashing your customers. Why even bother bagging?

I've been using them for just over a year now. Waste Management is FAR better than this company. They have missed at least 5 pick ups on my street. The excuse is usually "all streets start looking the same and the driver assumes it was already done". Nice try. We just had another pick up missed. Neighbor called and was told we were notified there is no pick up today and it is scheduled for tomorrow. The lady claimed we were notified on our bill. Really? I just looked at my most recent bill and it does not state that anywhere. No email or text notification either. I also found out their billing is disorganized. I used to get billed for 2 months, then they missed one month, sent the bill late, and only for one month. I wish we had a competitor because I would switch in a heartbeat.
