Purchased a vehicle back in February, It's been about 3 months and everything is still as it should be. The vehicle matched the online description, they brought the vehicle out to my house for two test drives and again for the purchase. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is it was a little bit of a pain for my credit union since SHIFT has a set of specific partners and if your credit union isn't in their approved partner list, they'll have some hoops to jump through. But for me, it beats sitting in the dealer ship for 2 hours trying to haggle and getting harassed by sleezy salesmen. Even with the "SHIFT Fee" I still saved money compared to other alternatives in my area.

My dad sold his Subaru Legacy to Shift on 05/27/21 and he still hasnt received his payment. He requested to receive wire transfer so he could get the funds sooner than ACH transfer but still hasnt received anything. He talked to a manager named Cassidy from the support team and she said she had initiated wire transfer on Friday and it should be in his account today but still nothing from them. It seems very sketchy to me. They shouldnt take three weeks for wire transfer. We will have to call them again today. We would never do business with them again nor would I recommend it to anyone. SHIFT IS A SCAM!

Gave one star cause I had to. They lied to me. Sold me a car and said title would be sent to me. Never came. Now they are avoiding me and not answering calls. Do not buy a car from this place. Theirs alot more going on but I'm not going to get into detail. I dont want to give a heads up to this scam of a dealership

DO NOT BUY...I bought a car at end of September. Was told title transfer would take some time and plate would come in mail with title and registration...it is now 11/25/2019... DMV has no record of vehicle and DMV has multiple investigations into this dealership...cannot get ahold of salesman or dealership... DO NOT BUY! Only thing good I can say is that car is not stolen and Carfax checked out as Anthony said it would...

Body vehicle was not what he said it was and now im out a couple thousand dollars. Do not trust what they say. I was empty on everything they said had taken care of
