Went there eagerly with my daughter to thrift. There was potential for a very cute store but with boxes everywhere, I asked her kindly if she was still organizing. She snarled no! Im just moving things around! Ok. Pretty defensive for a benign question. I asked her about the Barbie collection that was mostly blocked by boxes and she was bothered to answer questions and was misinformed about some values. I asked her to show me the 60s dolls and snarked at me that she already told me and I shouldnt even ask about them as she had a potential online offer that she was waiting on. She also told me the price of one not marked and she insisted that she had had them appraised and had looked it up in the catalogue. I can only guess this catalogue she alluded to was vintage as most dolls are currently sold at online values and price catalogues were made before the internet. I kindly wished her good luck with her auction as we quickly exited a store that seemed bothered by our interest or business. Good luck in the future. Im a supporter of small and local businesses so this post will hopefully be seen as an opportunity for better customer service. Im not heading back any time soon.

It's a rat whole. We went there when they 1st opened, about a year and a half ago. You could see that there was potential to be a good store then. They were still moving things around, and even though they didn't have a lot of inventory yet, you could tell that they had a better grade of used clothing. There were 3 people working there that day, but none of them seemed friendly or helpful. We put it down to the fact that they were still organizing the shop. Today, we popped in to check them out. The store was crammed packed with clothes, to the point that you couldn't get to the few racks that they had. There were boxes on the floor and almost nothing was priced. My wife asked about prices of a few items and was ignored by the one person working there. I can only assume that she was working because she was sitting behind the counter. I picked something up to show my wife, and the shop keeper sat up an said "that's not for sale" She was rude.

Just stopped in for the first time and the store is so much fun. It's clean and set up really nice. In the back the men's section is set up like a distinguished man cave. Service was super friendly and helpful. I can't wait to see what they have the next time I'm in.

Really nice store. Only bummer is that many things are not priced and they will NOT sell item until they are able to get that information. I would have purchased more had things been priced.
