        El Edwards is by far the most unprofessional property management company in the community. If you hire them to manage your property be prepared to be taken advantage of. They are dishonest and unresponsive. They allowed tenants to make partial rent payments and could not manage enforcement of the lease term to maintain the landscape. The female tenant even had 3 additional pets and a man living on the property without anyone knowing.
