PAT E MAC’s BBQ & CATERING

Third time eating here now. Left with more than I came for all three times. The brisket and ribs are off the chart. Everything is 5 star on the menu and I've had it all.. great service and family atmosphere as well. If I see his outfit open I know where my lunch is coming from. Doesn't help that he sets up right by our shop and I have to smell his cooking for three hours before lunchtime.. lol. Highly recommend

Had the brisket from their food truck with baked beans. The brisket was the most tender I have ever eaten- it held together, but you could shred it with a plastic fork. Complex, smokty flavor. Baked beans wre awesome, with pieces of bbq meat mixed in. Great food, nice people!

Pat-E-Macs did our wedding and we were very happy with the catering and service. They were very responsive, reasonably priced, and worked with us to make our wedding perfect. All our guest went back for seconds and at the end of the night we didnt have much leftovers which was ideal! Thank you Pat-E-Macs. We look forward to seeing you at more events and we will continue to recommend you guys!

Amazing and delicious food! Only wish is that Pat had a brick and mortar store so we could regularly order food from him. My 3 and 6 year old were literally fighting over the pulled pork and the yummy bbq sauce. The Mac and cheese side was a perfect accompaniment to the meal. We literally googled Pat E Mac's food truck afterwards so that we could figure out when we could eat this food again. SO GOOD!!!
