        It's Been remodeled and rooms look very beachy and clean....for the budget minded traveler it's just fine! Service is great! loved Maria, she's very friendly. Jessica in housekeeping does a superb job keeping rooms clean and comfortable.

        I can hear the neighbor getting the hell kicked out of her every night. Im the only one calling cops it seems. Use your imagination. Its like GTA 7 in this....... establishment. Noteworthy details: Its under surveillance. If that describes enough.

        Newport Bay Motel is run by some of the nicest folks. The room was clean, modest and comfortable, and the motel is conveniently located within walking distance from both the historic bayfront and beaches. We had a great time and are happy we stayed here!
