We met Joe Jessal in a panic for help. We found Joe through his informative YouTube channel and gave him a ring. He dropped everything and headed to the property we wanted. The deal was hot and time critical and Joe stepped up to the plate. He was extremely professional and displayed this through his obvious extensive experience in the industry. He covered everything and shared all the knowledge of the property and area. To spare all the details, he made it happen quick. This was a life changer for us and if we did not have Joe it wouldnt have happened. Im gonna make this short and sweet...Joe Jessal is an absolute BOSS!!! I didnt know him from Adam when I cold-called him to handle the sale of my dads home as part of the estate I was in charge of. Joe Jessal was ON IT even before we found the home we wanted. We were over 5,000 miles away in Guam searching the internet for a home on the Oregon Coast. We picked a few homes. Joe did the leg work, the phone calls; wrote and made the offer; electronically corresponded with both our lender & us; arranged for the inspection; negotiated repairs and price; and BAMMM!
