Really great spot, good staff, and wonderful views. The complimentary breakfast was a pretty big let down. The descriptions sound amazing, but the food quality is extremely poor.

Best of Newport Beach. Excellent Service. Beautiful view. Steps away from shopping & dining. Only beachfront infinity spa. Rooms: Spacious, Comfortable, Fireplace, Balcony, Mini Fridge, Microwave. Nearby activities: Beach, Shopping, Dining, Aquarium, Lighthouse, Pacific Coast Scenic Byway, Golf, Marine Garden, Farmers Market, Fishing Pier, Skate Park, Recreational Areas, Marina, Art Galleries, Glassworks, Visual Arts Center, Dog Park, Breweries/Tap House, Charters, Devils Punchbowl, Surf Shops, Kite Shops. Walkability: Steps away from beach, art galleries, shopping, bakeries, coffee & dining. Noteworthy details: Only beachfront infinity spa. Amazing in room breakfast included.

Were half way through our stay here in one of their cabins. STUNNING and cozy view and a sweet little gem of an Oregon coast cabin. I read in the guest log that this building was constructed in the 30s but for the price were paying here, and with almost 100 years of this building standing, some updates could be warranted. Our carpets, I had to shake them off outside to rid them of the sand. I know sand is a thing on the coast, but come on, shake the rugs outside before your guests show. The dimmers on the wall switches for the lighting do not work and the bulbs are garishly bright, not able to dim the solar lights in the evening is a bummer. But what really made me drop my rating down was the fact that one must pay an additional amenities fee of $15 to access the infinity spa. The front desk clerk didnt expand on what else this fee might possibly include for me, so it could offer more besides spa access, I dont know. I didnt feel like forking out an additional $15 on top of our stay already. Cabin has quick hot water, a nice kitchenette and comfortable furniture. No additional blankets found in the unit and with one heater in the living room to heat the two bedrooms as well, an extra blanket or two could be nice. If you care about your health, you may not want to cook using the supplied fry pans and saucepans. They look like Goodwill finds, horribly scratched-up non-stick cookware that is sure to leech heavy metals and who knows what else into your food. Thankfully, we travel with our own cookware. Also, there was no dish soap for washing dishes, and there were knives but no cutting board. Aside from that, the staff was incredibly friendly and views were epic!

Absolutely beautiful views! Amazing staff and Amenities! Breakfast is made from scratch and delicious! Best place to take in the beach air and scenery!
