        Just not personable anymore, VERY different from the previous owner.RIP. We received a letter from the IRS stating a mistake was made on our return, which we paid $460 to be done right., I left a messages at AI asking why, got a phone call back from D not nice, kept talking over me when I would try to intercede, finally let me talk ,then told me its out of their hands, I need to contact the IRS. What a joke. Thats your JOB, not mine why did I pay you then????
