My outdoor faucet had a leak. I gave Brass Monkey Plumbing a call and was able to quickly schedule an appointment. Elias Elias Nathaniel came to take a look at the issue. They quickly identified the problem and fix it within an hour! Super efficient and they communicated clearly with me about the issues. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who needs any plumbing repair!

We called Brass Monkey with a drain issue that we could not fix ourselves. Nathaniel and Elias came out and fixed the problem quickly. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient while explaining each step of the process and left the bathroom cleaner than they found it. Brass Monkey will be installing a tankless hot water heater for us in the coming weeks, and we are looking forward to the same great experience.

Thanks to Fredy, Alea(sp) and Nathan for helping me out with my plumbing drain issue. In talking to them over the phone I was able to remove the metal obstacle in my main drain. They came highly recommended by my neighbors. Next problem I have I can't fix myself they will be coming out! Thanks again

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brass Monkey Plumbing, in particular Nathaniel (owner) & Jordan. I had an emergency situation come up with our water heater, where water was quickly leaking from it and I couldnt get it to stop. Nathaniel and Jordan were willing to come out within 10 minutes to help fix the issue. Upon arrival and assessment, they were able to fix it within 10-15 minutes, tops. Their customer service is outstanding! They were prompt, thorough, kind, and unbelievably helpful when talking through the issue and how they were going to fix it. They also took additional time to show me where the water shut off valve was (both on the tank & for the city water) in case a situation happened in the future. The woman answering the phone at the office was also incredibly helpful and kind. Overall, I highly recommend Brass Monkey, and my husband and I plan to use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
