My boyfriend and I worked with Kelly to finance our first home. He made the most overwhelming part of the home buying process easy and talked us through multiple options to find what was best for us, and kept us informed about changes as interest rates climbed. He also strategized with our realtor so we were able to write an offer and have that offer accepted in less than 2 hours. It was really unbelievable, and it wouldnt have been possible without Victory!

Stuart and team are knowledgeable, trustworthy, hard working and the best part is they are a pleasure to work with (hard to find these days). We end up moving every couple of years and on every house weve purchased hes always worked hard to get us the best interest rate and given us all available options so we can be within budget for our monthly mortgage payment. 5 stars and A+! Evan is fantastic he went above and beyond helping us secure the home loan we needed originally we went with a different loan company but after continuously needing more money for a Down our realtor introduced us to Evan. With the great team he works with he was able to get us approved for our loan with less than half of the down payment other companies where telling us we needed.
