Burgerville

The young lady who took our order was polite, pleasant, and professional; she brought our meal to the table as well. The food was served hot and stayed hot the entire time we ate; that never happens. I highly recommend the blazin hot crispy chicken sandwich. Not overly breaded and definitely spicy (see picture of mostly devoured sandwich). My husband likes their burger; second, only to Neelys food truck. The tables could have been wiped down better, but that's my only complaint. Otherwise, the interior looks pretty much like an old burger king.

Always a treat to go to Burgerville. The only fast food place we like. Turkey burger was great and the colossal is always a favorite.

I always hate having to "update" a review. But I must change my original opinion - the staff has changed - most notably the manager, Sally. This manager needs to do something where she doesn't have to interact with the public. Burgerville "lost" my app order. I tried to show it to them, but this manager intentionally tried to make me angry by taking an approach that she didn't care and I was bothering her. She accused me of lying, trying to create a fraud to steal 4 hamburgers, even though I had the order on my screen. Her exact words: Anyone could of made that up. My issue here is that I believe I was profiled by her and this is actually a case of religious discrimination. I have tried to contact the corporate office in Vancouver by phone, letter and finally with the help of the Better Business Bureau. Now I understand why Burgerville has D- rating with the BBB, they failed to respond at all. It's too bad Burgerville is a northwest icon that I have gone to since I moved here in 2001. Most locations dont act like this. It is my opinion that this manager, Sally, is a bigot, and that it seems the corporate management either doesnt care, or more scarry, may actually support her bigotry. Worst Burgerville EVER! My whole order was wrong. Asked for Double Patty Bacon cheeseburger basket, single cheeseburger, double cheeseburger and regular fries. Received single bacon cheeseburger, and 2 single cheeseburgers and only one fry, I had to ask for the drink and when tasted was basically soda water. DISGUSTING! Buns were also dry and stale.
