      After speaking to you on the phone, we reviewed your account at a deeper level. We found that a claim was never paid by your insurance. We do not over-charge, we can't legally. We have a couple of new employees and it was just a mistake. The insurance claim was resubmitted and the mistake won't happen again. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This was 100% our fault.
