        The bill was double what was quoted. I felt like there wasnt enough effort put into the preparation of my taxes.

        We have used them for the last 20+ years. They have always answered my questions any time of the year. They have also found some deductions I was not aware of. I love their organizer for my complicated taxes.

        My wife visited yesterday for an initial consult. We had some basic questions about starting our business. The information that was given was unhelpful. To top it off, at the end of the meeting the CPA casually mentioned that we now owe her $175! We dutifully the amount requested. I called later and voiced my displeasure and was told, "too bad" I explained that any fees for the consult should have been made known before hand, again I was told, "too bad." Save yourself the time and frustration, go somewhere else.
