The property manager walked us through every step possible and was there to answer all of our questions. I appreciate that she has been willing to take the time to talk to us and listen to what we have to say and not just turn us away.

This is the worst-managed apartment I've ever lived in. I'm sure some of the issues I had are from it being new, but even after moving out it's clearly not improved. They cannot seem to be happy with their parking arrangements, despite there being a relatively decent amount of parking space in the lot and on the street just south. The only notifications they ever send are texts asking people to move their cars or be towed. Each apartment gets one parking spot and if you want any more they're $50 per month. The apartments themselves are fine, if you like living in a hallway. Internet is $100 a month for gigabit and is included. Water is a flat fee each month (I think $70) so there is no incentive to conserve water ;) the only nice thing about this is that all the utilities except electricity are included in the rent. Rent increases were communicated via a paper taped to the door, and that is all. There was NO move-out communication of any kind until 3 days after the lease was up when they asked for the keys we still had, since there's no office close by and they did not tell us what to do with them. I don't know if anything has changed, but maintenance requests used to be completely ignored. When we moved in, our dishwasher did not drain because it was installed incorrectly (the drain plug on the garbage disposal was never removed). A week after submitting a maintenance request, we were told that they would be able to look at it in two months due to the dishwasher being 'on warranty'. Unfortunately I decided to save them some money and just do the work myself as I was not keen to do dishes by hand for two months. I recommend avoiding living in anything managed by Atlas if possible. They do not communicate well and are a poor excuse for a company whose primary function is to facilitate the collection of money.
