        I work for a private in-home elderly care service provider. When my client told me, he had been without hot water for a couple of days, I panicked. OPP was able to replace the water heater within hours and hauled away the broken one. They were so kind and considerate. My employer is recommending this family owned and operated local company to all of our clients. Service: Boiler repair

        I came to work to discover a massive leak in the kitchen and assumed we would be forced to close and with all of the COVID closures this was going to really hurt. However, I called OPP and they had the repairs completed before dinner shift! They were fast, professional, clean, and personable. I will never use another plumbing outfit. Service: Leak investigation and repair
