Friendly service but unethical billing practices with zero patient billing transparency. I was unaware that my out of pocket had drastically changed while they continued to bill me without letting me know what my out of pocket was for each appointment. So now I am left with almost $1000 bill for 5 appointments. They take care of you physically but they don't care about you financially. Being the sole provider for my family this surprise has added unneeded stress and difficulties that could have been avoided if there was patient billing transparency.

I would absolutely recommend Fyzical. I have gotten so much help going there. They know what they're doing. I've been going there off and on for about 3 years now, for various issues, and every time I end up feeling so much better and stronger. They teach you great exercises that really do help, provided you stick with them of course. The staff are very friendly, and I always feel relaxed when I'm there. They have great equipment, it's always clean, and I never feel too crowded. They really do go above and beyond to help their patients, and they will always be my first choice for PT.

I had a great experience. The staff was professional and kind. I felt better right away and got advice on how to strengthen and take care of my injury. I am very grateful for their help and highly recommend Fyzical.
