I'm extremely pleased with Bent Level Construction. I was a little worried at first about being able to get my manufactured home up a steep & quite treacherous hill but they pulled it off so well!  I was impressed! Pat & his crew are real pros! He is very nice & so skilled. Angie is knowledgeable & very pleasant to talk to. I definitely recommend them because they are awesome at getting the job done & are great people! Their drivers knocked out my fiber optic cable, took it upon themselves to "fix" it by breaking it and incorrectly reattaching it to my home. I was asleep but they told my wife it was a phone line. It wasn't. We work from home. Some care about knocking wires that are connected to people's homes would be appreciated. Waking up to men in your driveway near your bedroom yelling, laughing and using a lot of profanity is not what a good company does to a homeowner. The worker I spoke to first said he did not hit any line, then after i explained that I know he did, he said he didn't "break it" and reattached it (while yelling and cussing with his workers) and just left. So I have no Internet and now will have to bill them. The reattachment job is a joke as are the people who work for these people. Avoid at all costs. Edit: It must have been the GC (different company name) who came to my door a while after I posted this. He was nice, humble and affable. The worker in question then lied again saying he did not deny that he hit the cable. He 100 percent did say he didn't. So, he lied to me twice. I stand by my statement. Avoid this company. The GC was great though.

Called for a quote on Delivery to Lewis County in Washington state. She declined said I was a 1hr1/2 away couldn't I find someone closer. Also ask for a delivery quote she said I have the means I just don't wanna work with Factory expo. Must be busy it's a weekend to install at about 10-15k but I appreciate the straight forward Bluntness of I don't wanna do buisness with you attitude within two minutes of. The call. I would recommend going elsewhere save your two to three minutes it's a NO...

.....03/2022 I still have not received services I requested 6 months ago 5/2021. I sent pictures to them of the property and what I needed done they told me that they would do it for me. Never did...(re-level manufactured home).
