The gal I talked to was not warm on the phone, I regreted calling as soon as I hung up. I asked for bright happy flowers and balloons, what I received was flowers for a funeral. Don't use this service.

Super disappointed in the arrg I received yesterday. Its drab and in a dark basket. Its full of filler flowers know in the floral world. Not one like normal flower like a carnation. Who sends out a basket of nothing but dark drab daisies. Ugly ugly dark purple bows on the sides....Wish I could have included a picture. This is Springtime Summertime folks. No dark flowers and dark basket. Not fall season. It would have been nice to have received something cheery after major surgery and days at the hospital. Looked like something you would send to a funeral. Im sure my family paid for more than daisies. Plus they charged her an $18.00 delivery fee. Ridiculous. I told them next time pick a florist in my town. At least I know I wouldn't have gotten a basket full of filler flowers. I would have received a beautiful basket of flowers.
