Pioneer Plaza Manor

The walls are so thin you can hear the conversation of your neighbors. The place has pests. It is absolutely not weather sealed at all. There are pack rats that live in the walls. The whole place is being eaten by termites. You can see daylight at the edges of the ceiling beams.. oh yeah and there's black mold. There's a reason they won't let you do a walk through before signing the lease

The property management running this place is rude and inattentive to the needs of a renter.

Parking lot is immaculately clean, landscaping is gorgeous, inside is clean and fresh smelling (even the bathrooms). They have a little bistro inside one of the Plazas and they have amazing coffee and muffins!
