Tim Jackson was a wonderful realtor; he is so detail and diligent at his work with his clients it is amazing! He is an expert at what he does, and his endless connections make the process of buying easy and simply. Even with issues with the home, he took care of the process and made them do it correctly, he has his clients and their family best interest. I have never seen a realtor work so hard for their client. I would recommend him to family or friends in a heartbeat.

I decided to sell my rental property at the end of September and contacted Redfin first and was set to go with them. My renter had just purchased a house as he had to move and he highly recommended his realtor, Tim Jackson. My renter said his transaction was pretty involved due to the finances, and inspection issues. He stated Tim handled the various problems smoothly and quickly and made the transaction successful. I decided to go ahead and get a second opinion so i met with Tim Jackson. He informed me his negotiation skills were top notch and when he explained all his other attributes i deciced to go ahead with him instead. I am glad i did! He sold my house in two days and the transaction closed in less than two weeks. Tim got $38k over asking. Tim is at the top of his game and is very motivated. He is a local guy and puts everything into your transaction.
