Frustrating company to deal with. Was told previously that I could likely add on to my loan to cover a repair needed on the car, when I called to get that started was told no I needed to get a repair quote from a mechanic that was willing to do the work first and wait to be paid by credit concepts later, which is completely ridiculous since I am the person responsible for paying the loan back that Im not able to use a mechanic of my choice whos significantly cheaper for the make of car that I own. Since I dont know any mechanic thats going to do work without being paid for it, the loan is worthless and I will have to come up with the money another way.

When I 1st got clean these guys took a risk on me. Came through via Alpine Motors they rock too.
We do recover! Paid off my 1st with them today!! so if you need to get reestablished is a great place to start

Love credit concepts! Helped me get approved! Honestly, if you just pay your loan, they are wonderful and if for some reason you cant make the full payment, they will work with you as much as they possibly can. Love them
