        This was a joke and biggest waist of money !!!! They spray chemicals on your rug then basically pond it in rug with a buffer machine ,never use steam or water to suck up any chemicals or residue,then after it drys your supposed to vacuum it !!!! WTH then my dog got a rash all over his belly after he laid on carpet when dried and I believe it's because there is no steam or water to get chemicals sucked up off rug !!!!! I Mean I will never use this place again ,Only Stanley Steamers !!!

        Tad was great ! Very communicative and on time. Had some issue with flooding and helped us clean up that as well. Carpets looked again and was in and out in a timely manner. Appreciative for their business
