He helped me sell my deceased daughter's car in a fast and relatively pain free manner with a minimum of fuss or stress. Jim was able to look over a craigslist car in Oregon, correspond with the seller, purchace it, and have it shipped out to Massachusetts in less than a week after my intital inquiry. There was no stress or pressure involved whatsoever and he was very friendly, accomodating, and professonal throughout the entire experience. He made sure to document the entire process as reference. We had a super easy and relaxed, no-pressure car buying experience and will, in the future, be asking Jim for help on any car purchases. What a great guy! Our story: We have a Prius V (2012) that we gave to our 19-year-old daughter and wanted to buy a replacement for us, they are great cars! We found Jim's listing on-line and within 36 hours we purchased an excellent car (our mechanic checked it out). From the start he was super chill and low-pressure but also very responsive and helpful. He takes care of all the DMV/DEQ/Licensing for the customer, no sitting through any car dealership sales pitch here! This saves hours in your time. He is a stand-up guy and conducts his business very respectfully. Highly recommend!
