We recently faced the heart-wrenching decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Joey. During this incredibly difficult time, Soft Landing Veterinary Center provided an environment of compassion and respect that we will always be grateful for. From the moment we walked in, the staff's empathy and understanding were evident. Soft Landing Veterinary Center has a special room, which allowed us to spend our final moments with Joey in a private and serene setting. This thoughtful arrangement included a calming water fountain, which seemed to soothe not only us but also Joey, ensuring he experienced no anxiety in his final moments. The veterinary team at Soft Landing was exceptionally sensitive and patient, explaining the process clearly and giving us all the time we needed to be with Joey. Their approach was not just professional but also deeply caring, ensuring that Joey's last moments were peaceful and filled with love. We are profoundly thankful to everyone at Soft Landing Veterinary Center for their support and kindness during one of the toughest times of our lives.
