Santiam Medical Clinic

I recently moved from California to mill city Oregon and being a diabetic I enrolled in the Oregon health plan and was assigned a doctor at the mill city clinic where I was given a prescription for my diabetes and I recently ran out of that one medication and called the pharmacy where I originally picked up the 1st prescription given to me and now I'm being told my health insurance doesn't cover the medication and the doctor who initially prescribed it is away and won't be back for another week and there's basically nothing they can do about it until he comes back!!!! All I'm asking for is a freaking refill...so if I go into a diabetic coma, I guess that's a lawsuit, right???

I love having such a great medical facility in Mill City! My Doctor there as well as my Wife & Mother in law is Sarah Wagner. When we have an appointment with here she makes you feel like you have a very knowledgeable, professional, & driven person on your side! She is a very personable person as well. You leave there knowing someone is really looking out for you & your needs. All of the support staff are very nice & also make you feel welcome every time. I HIGHLY recommend you to give them a try! It sucks they only have one doctor and works two days out of the month. Been trying to get my arm fixed for three months now. Update: talk to my saif claim adjuster and was told the santiam office has lied to me so I’m changing this to a two start to a one star
