Best alteration center in Southern Oregon. We have been using them for 8 plus years. From creating custom pageant clothing for me to making sure our sport uniforms fit, they are the best. Amazing customer service.

I am a regular, and this place is amazing. I have short/curvy girl problems, and they are masters of flattery. From hemming pants, to snatching waists, and also creatively bringing things up where they should be, I cant recommend these ladies enough.

Requested a simple alteration of hemming a knee length shirt to match another shirt length. For some reason she made it bi-level instead of all one length as requested. The other shirt to follow was given to her. Now it is too short in front. She texted when completed, then we picked it up. I texted back it wasn't as expected and received no response. Maybe a 1-2 on listening and communication. The sewing was done quickly.
