This company is hands down the most incompetent I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, we had to use them to fix the R/O because they were the ones who originally installed it. The first sign of incompetence was a tee shirt the owner wore that said, "Goes in hard, comes out soft." Really? There was no adequate explanation given for why the system failed, but it cost us $6000 to repair, which is more than half of what it costs to install the system in the first place. After the install, my wife and I noticed the pump was shaking violently and loudly, something it had never done before. We shared our concern but were told it was "normal." Days later a leak began to emerge in the iron filter. He came out and "fixed it," but it still leaked. This cost us $1500 more. It seems he'd forgotten to put the cap on it? His goto statements for his incompetence is, "Don't worry, no extra charge." For what? For being incompetent? The R/O continued to shake violently and, guess what, a new problem emerged. The electrical outlet which regulates the holding tank failed and it began to overflow. He came out, turned the system off, told us some "other parts" had broken, and it would take weeks to have them shipped. My wife and I have both texted the last three weeks to no avail. He will not return our texts. We are stuck in limbo with no foreseeable solution and terrible well water that stinks everything up, sort of like this company. I wish there was a rating for zero stars, one is too many. UPDATE: So after 5 attempts and a month and a half without pure water, Quentin finally responded to me. He blamed the delay on COVID and said he wanted to do help us on the cheap. However, when I asked him why parts continued to fail and why the RO system was shaking violently and loudly since he put it in, why there are metal shavings everywhere, he gave no response or explanation. He will not refund us on the parts even though I said he could take them back. But he did complain that my bad reviews cost him 2 customers. Maybe this company should be called ABSOLUTE WATER FRUSTRATION. Quentin: do the right thing and refund us.

What a pleasure it has been, working with Absolute water! We had an issue with our filtration system, Quentin came right over the same day to help us out. He installed a brand new reverse osmosis system, and we are up and running. Very much appreciate the time and effort, Quentin put into explaining things to us. He was very professional, and efficient! I highly recommend Absolute water filtration, for your water filtration needs.

We had a perplexing water filtration issue. Quinton was diligent with solving the problem over several visits and was generous with the minimal fees charged. We will continue to only use this company to manage and maintain our systems.
