Very rude man answering the phone. Was it the owner? Me thinks so! I wanted to find out if they service Sears Kenmore vacuums. He was so rude and hostile when I told him that I needed a new cord on one of them. He says he can't fix them because they can't get the parts. Hmmm, it says right on the canister to call an 800 number and you can get parts just fine. Truly an awful, disgusting human being. Hope the place goes belly up!

I called to ask about repair of my vacuum...I spent at least five minutes talking to him about the model, what the issue was, etc. I told him I'd bring it in. He DIDN'T tell me they were closed on Mondays, and Google showed they were open. When I got there, the door was open so I went in...he announced (from behind the curtain to the work area) that they were closed. I assumed he meant they closed at 3, and it was a few minutes after that. I had made a trip to town specifically for this reason, so I appealed to his sense of what was right. Instead of saying right off the bat that they were closed on Mondays, he pretty much shooed me out. I said fine, I'll take it to (a competitor) which only made him say "they're closed on Mondays too" and then some other snarky comment when I said I'd leave him a lousy review. Not once did he say "hey, I'm sorry" or even try to win my business.
I'm actually glad I didn't leave it with him after reading the reviews. He's not the only game in town, and I'll take my chances on another shop having more respect for customers.
I should have paid attention to his phone manner. It would have saved me time and frustration!
