        This company (Thad) is very unprofessional. We were scheduled to pick up a load and once we arrived at the dock we noticed that what was loaded was not what we signed for. He was upset that we couldnt take his load. I think the company should have him enroll in anger management classes. Its a shame that a decent conversation could not happen.

        A team of non-professionals .I had the misfortune to cooperate with Thad Sargent ( Transportation Specialist )and she sent me the wrong information so that in the end I did not receive the load. They are liars, unhonestly and unprofessional. 0 stars

        Booked two loads with Lucas Hemenway during ice/snow storm. First driver picked up last Thursday with no issues. My Second driver picked up last Friday. After arriving at the shipper at 11:30am, he found out that the load he was supposed to pick up was put on another truck. Lucas was able to get us another load but we had to wait back in line and ended up not leaving until 4:00pm or so. In this industry I understand things happen and we have to wait at shippers/ receivers. When I asked for detention time, Lucas said his customer does not pay for detention but he would ask and there is no way he would pay out of pocket because he is only making $50 off these loads. I also asked about layover considering we were stuck in the winter/ice storm causing down time/delays out of our control. We have worked with several great brokers/shippers that understand the industry and work with us on these things. Lucas, however said we were just fishing for more money. We are still under these loads. I have continued to act in a professional business manner, providing continuous status updates about the road conditions and our location. Lucas will not answer a call or text. Lucas seems to only care about himself. Not his company reputation or the transportation companies that moves his freight.
