        My almost 80 year old grandpa drove over 2 hours to get to his appointment in 2 feet of snow from Klamath Falls to arrive to his appointment and the secretary to verbalize to him that the doctor, wasnt coming in today. Not an apology, not an explanation, not even a phone call to notify him ahead of time. He risked his safety for this appointment that he has had scheduled for months. Have more respect and consideration for your patients that have to travel from rural areas to receive care! Unacceptable. Start calling your patients when situations arise, especially when you know they are coming from out of town! I would have called the patient advocate about this; but I have called 3 times today and can never get through in a timely fashion. Go elsewhere!
