Their customer support is worst . The guy answered our phone is so rude and couldnt help us solve the issues that made by their app. Their app has problem and took tuition money 3 times from my bank . The worst customer service

UNRESOLVED BILLING ISSUE: My wife was paying for the subscription with a personal card while getting the business off the ground. Shortly after, She updated the billing info to make her new business card the one to be billed. The next billing cycle it was not switched. Month after that.. not switched. So on and so on for almost an entire year now. During which we've talked to some nice people on the phone who have apologized and sworn they would fix the issue but as of the most recent billing (today), it is still not fixed.

As a very long time customer of Procare I must say their Tech Support department may not exist. Used to be decent company, now, not so much. Been on hold the second day for over an hour trying to contact Tech Support. Message says they'll call me back when they get a chance.

Great app for seeing information and photos about what your kid is doing. However, the Procare customer support is absolutely awful. 55 mins on hold with them to tell me that the daycare center needs to fix the issue I'm having with Procare's software. Really?
