The first time I went in to pick up paperwork no one was there for 15 minutes. I even called after ringing the front bell and waiting for five minutes. Getting an appointment was confusing and scattered. The meeting was harsh and traumatizing. My partner and I had nightmares and pain the whole night after our last experience. When the people who are there to help trigger PTSD, there are major problems. It you have passion and emotions, you might want to try elsewhere, like the Small Business Development Association - where we were treated with respect and positivity.
