      Hi, Jeff. I'm sorry you feel this way. We have a contract we have everyone sign prior to gaining occupancy that clearly states you may not have live animals or food/plants in your unit. You were given a warning some months ago for the large quantity of marijuana you had stored in your unit, You then violated another policy a few days ago regarding loitering (you were having out in your unit and the facility bathroom from 1:30am-5:00am. We enforced a strict No Loitering policy to ensure that the facility is used as intended: a place to store your valuables. This is important to us to maintain a level of security for all tenants and their items they store within the facility. I am happy to discuss this in further detail with you if you would like, please don't hesitate to contact me at the number you called today and hope the best for you in your endeavors.
