Sarah Rucker was an amazing Realtor. My Realtor in Arizona recommended her, and he was right on. After meeting on the phone, Sarah sent me a list of properties meeting my criteria. I selected a few, and rather than have me fly to Bend, Sarah did a narrated walk-thru of the homes. After narrowing the list, I flew to Bend. Sarah met with me on a weekend to view the homes. I selected one, made an offer guided by Sarah, and it was accepted. Sarah guided us through a 21 day close over the Thanksgiving holiday to close on time.
