Cindy helped me purchase an investment property. What stands out the most about her is (1) Her quick response time and communication. Even though she has other clients and other things going on, she made me feel like I was the only person she worked with. If I inquired about a house, she researched it quickly and got back to me about the details of the sale. (2) Her attention to detail. She was quick to notice discrepancies in paper work. (3) Holding the sellers accountable. She made sure the sellers held up their end of the deal even after the sale was finalized. She kept working with me to make sure I had everything I needed (garage door openers, mailbox keys, etc.). (4) Negotiations. Her research on comps was thorough, which helped with the negotiations. She provided me with helpful advice, which ultimately led me purchasing a home well below the listed price.

Cindy Williams was exactly the kind of realtor we needed. She was absolutely professional while remaining friendly and upbeat. When a certain buyer backed out, she immediately had solutions and ideas and she went forward. She is very experienced and spotted potential issues and had responses and answers ready immediately.
