Simply the best! This is the second home we have sold with Terry. Both times the market was in transition. We relied heavily on Terrys logical and experienced assessment of the situation and followed his advice. Both time this strategy led us to a positive outcome. Terrys strengths are in his years of experience, his keen perception of the current market, and his negotiating skills. But it is his calm demeanor and decisive approach to handling any bumps in the process that I am most thankful for. I also want to give a shout out to his excellent team. Terry and his team responded quickly to all communications, and followed up on all tasks big and small (and we had several, because for this last sale we lived 300 miles away). Terry and his team are simply the best!

Terry helped me sell my house and find another one in a short period of time. When there were delays in buying my new home he went out of his way to get things smoothed out, and calmed me down when I didn't think this would work out. There is so much more that Terry did for me, above and beyond what any other real estate agent typically does. I was so blessed to have him walk through a stressful time in my life. I felt completely safe trusting him as he worked with me to find a new home for me and my kids. I can't say enough about this man. He is awesome! We bought our "forever" home about 37 years ago never anticipating that we would need to change to a single level home. We loved our home, so trying to find a new home was extremely challenging. It took us over a year to find a home we could love as much. Terry was so patient & never tried to rush or push us. He kept telling us "don't worry, you will know it when it's the right one". He would show us a home & give us an honest evaluation, which was so helpful. We trusted Terry & valued his advice. After we got settled in our new home it was time to sell our old home. Terry was again the obvious choice. He listed our home on a Wednesday and had 15 showings that day as well as 3 offers. The next day it was shown 6 times and another offer came in. We accepted an offer (over asking price) that day. Terry made sure that everything went smoothly with both the buying and selling process. We would highly recommend Terry.
