We rented from Tanya for a little over a year and while we were living in the home her and her team were great. They graciously allowed my dog in the home. We never bothered her for anything and always allowed her team in our home when they needed to. But, The moment we let her know that we were looking into buying a home and would be breaking our lease early we had nothing but problems with her. Not only did we have to pay $2500 to break our lease early, she kept every penny of our $2500 deposit. Coincidentally the repairs added up to exactly what our deposit was. Crazy huh? Nit picking everything in the house from repairing cabinet hinges to repairing toilet roll holder. These were as simple as tightening screws. She was rude when contacting us about any concerns she had before and after we moved out. Nothing in the home was broken. I do NOT recommend renting from her if you ever plan on moving out.

I am writing a review because I read the one above me and I want to clarify some things. First off aspire, Property Management has never taken a deposit from me and has always refunded me my full deposit because I make sure that my unit is clean and well taken care of And I dont let my dog pee and crap all over the carpet and ruin a brand new property thats less than two years old. Maybe if you hadnt let your dog pee all over the place it might have not been a big issue. Aspire Property Management has been fair and caring about everyone in this community and goes above and beyond to help people. It only goes bad when you take advantage of that situation and leave your place a mess so Im giving her five stars.

A liar and cheat. All I can say is wow. How does she still have a license. Anyone who uses her, will be sadly disappointed.
