They are closed on weekends, the line to pick up prescriptions is at least an hour long wait. You can't talk to a live person and my prescriptions have not been filled on time. 1 or 2 days late which is a health risk for some of the medications I take. I most definitely will be changing pharmacies.

CVS used to be great but its gone downhill in the past several months. Every time I come the line goes down a full aisle and around the corner theyre clearly terribly understaffed. Now Im having issues with medications being in stock and others taking a week to fill. The staff do their best to be helpful but sometimes seem frazzled (not their fault, again horribly understaffed) CVS do better for your patrons and your staff. As some others mentioned, its impossible to get ahold of anyone via phone. One time it took trying for three consecutive days until I had my call answered. I finally had it today with the 30 minute+ waits to get helped and will be switching pharmacies.

Worst experience ever. Pharmacy does not answer the phone. It is not possible to talk to a human. Web site does not work. I had a prescription that was not covered by my insurance, I found a Good RX coupon for it. CVS DOES NOT HONOR GOODRX. They would not honor the Goodrx coupon, They would send me messages saying my prescription was ready. When I got to the pharmacy I was told that my prescription was delayed. This has gone on for a full week. Oh, and they are closed on weekends.

I like I filling my scripts here. The staff is actually really nice if youre also nice and treat them like a person. Lines are long theyre long everywhere else too. I manage everything on the CVS app and I get text messages when my stuff is ready. Really helps save time so Im not having to call for updates.
